根据学校2022年寒假工作安排，结合我院情况，现将我院教职工暑假安排通知如下：
一、按照学校规定， 教职工的寒假从1月20日（周四）开始至2月9日（周三）结束。
二、为确保寒假全院工作的正常运转，院机关行政工作人员在1月20日至2月9日期间（春节公假1月26日-2月6日除外）的工作日进行轮休。院机关值班表、上海交通大学关于2022年寒假工作安排的通知请见附件1和2；轮休期间，上班时间为上午8:30-11:30，下午13:30-16:30。学院二级单位行政人员轮休方案由各二级单位自行安排。
三、寒假期间，请各二级单位持续抓好校园安全管理工作，严格落实常态化疫情防控工作各项要求。
四、全体教职工2月10日（周四）正式上班。

Dear all,
According to the university’s work arrangements and combining actual situation of our school, 2022 winter holiday plans are made as below:
1. 2022 winter holiday starts from Jan 20th（Thursday）to Feb 9th(Wednesday).
2. To ensure the normal operation of the school, the administrative staff will work shifts during the winter working days from Jan 20th（Thursday）to Feb 9th(Wednesday), except the Spring Festival holiday from January 26 to February 6. Enclosed please find the duty table of the school office and notice on work arrangement of Shanghai Jiao Tong University for winter holiday of 2022. (Annex 1: 2022 Winter Holiday duty table; Appendix 2: Shanghai Jiaotong University's notice on winter vacation work arrangements for 2022). Office hours are 8:30am-11:30am, 13:30pm-16:30pm. The secondary units make holiday arrangements by themselves.
3.All secondary units are requested to continue to do a good job in campus safety management and the regular epidemic prevention.
4. The new semester will start on Feb 10th(Thursday).
