2011年毕业于华中科技大学物理学院,获理学学士学位。2016年毕业于北京大学物理学院,获理学博士学位。2016年至2022年在新加坡国立大学从事博士后和资深博士后(Senior Research Fellow)研究工作。2022年9月加入上海交通大学任长聘教轨副教授,博士生导师。主要从事自旋电子材料与物理的研究。曾担任国际磁学会议分会主席及特邀编辑。现任《J. Mater. Sci. Technol.》期刊青年编委。入选国家海外高层次青年人才、上海市海外高层次人才、小米青年学者。

从事凝聚态物理实验研究,近五年致力于探索外延薄膜及其异质结的自旋轨道力矩和拓扑磁性现象。利用新的对称破缺方式(低晶格对称性、元素组分梯度)实现自旋轨道力矩和电流驱动磁矩翻转,制备了具有高热稳定性和优良耐写性的磁性随机存储原型器件;在全氧化物异质结中实现了无外场辅助和室温条件下的电控磁翻转,为氧化物自旋电子学提供了新路径;发现晶格对称性引起的“面内霍尔效应”;在磁性氧化物中获得了外尔费米子的系统性证据。共发表学术论文50余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Nanotechnology(2篇)、Nature Communications、Nano Letters(2篇)、Advanced Materials(2篇)等期刊上发表论文共16篇。申请美国发明专利3项(授权3项)和PCT国际专利1项。

本课题组目前有自旋电子学和拓扑量子材料两个主要研究方向。主要的研究手段包括:1. 薄膜生长(磁控溅射、分子束外延、脉冲激光沉积);2. 微纳加工(光刻、电子束曝光、离子刻蚀、电子束蒸发);3. 电输运测量(综合物性测量系统PPMS、极低温强磁场稀释制冷机DR、室温磁体输运测量系统);4. 结构表征(XRD,FIB+TEM)。
