沈文忠,1968年5月生,上海交通大学特聘教授、博士生导师,1995年6月在中国科学院上海技术物理研究所获博士学位,2000年获教育部“国家高层次人才奖励计划”特聘教授,2001年主持国家杰出青年科学基金,2007年起担任上海交通大学太阳能研究所所长,2009年起担任人工结构及量子调控教育部重点实验室主任(2015年、2020年教育部两次考核均获优秀),曾任上海市太阳能学会理事长,目前兼任上海市太阳能学会名誉理事长。长期从事晶体硅太阳电池及半导体光电子物理研究,以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文400余篇,授权国家发明专利40多件,出版学术专著3部(《太阳能光伏技术与应用》、《硅基异质结太阳电池物理与器件》、《钙钛矿/晶硅异质结叠层太阳电池》)。获2019年度亚洲光伏产业协会(APVIA)科技成就奖(个人类)、爱思唯尔2020、2021、2022、2023年中国高被引学者。
